The key switch can be used to select the
operating point from where the washing
programme can be started.
Position 0: Programme cannot be started,
Position 1: Programme can be started at
the wash card/code reader.
Position 2: Programme can be started at
the wash card/ code reader and at the con-
trol station.
The choice of the wash programme de-
pending on the design of the wash card/
code reader
–
by entering on a keyboard,
–
through the programme stated on the
wash card,
–
by entering a code number.

The control station for manual operation
moves the plant components for mainte-
nance work to be done. This can also be
used to intervene when a wash programme
is in progress. In the case of a fault in the
wash card/code reader, the wash pro-
gramme can be also started.

The Comfort control station is used to start
washing programmes and for intervening in
an on-going washing programme. Further,
the plant components for carrying out main-
tenance tasks are moved.
The functions of this control station are de-
scribed in a separate operations manual.
This operations manual is delivered along
with the service control station.
The dosing pumps dose the washing water
with the detergents shampoo (a), drying
aid/ hot wax (b) (option), foam/ hot foam (c)
(option), pre-spraying (d) (option) and hot
wax (e) in accordance with the wash pro-
gramme and the equipment of the plant.
Note
The dosage amount is optimally set by the
fitter when the plant is assembled. General-
ly no reset is necessary.
Caution
Dosing pump can be damaged. Activate rotary
knob (a) only when the pump is running.
Unlock rotary knob (a) by pulling.
Turn rotary knob (a) to desired dosage
amount. At the same time (b) press sev-
eral times.
Rotary knob (a) secure by pressing in.
Turn bleeder screw (c) ca. 2 rotations
anti-clockwise.
Press button (b) so often until there are
no more air bubbles in the suction hose
and the detergents and drying aid flows
back via run-off hose into the container.
Screw close the bleeder screw (c)
again.
