Pow e r   c u t

Yo u r   a p p l i a n c e   c a n   b r i d g e   a   p owe r   c u t   o f   a   few  
seconds. Operation continues. 

If the power cut was for a longer period and the 
appliance was in operation, a message appear s in the 
d i s p l ay.   O p e r a t i o n   i s   i n te r r u p te d .

Set the function selector to  

0

, then the appliance can be 

operated again as usual.

D e m o   m o d e

T h e

 symbol appear s on the display when the 

a p p l i a n c e   i s   i n   d e m o   m o d e .   T h e   a p p l i a n c e   w i l l   n o t   h e a t  
u p .

B r i e f l y   d i s c o n n e c t   t h e   a p p l i a n c e   f r o m   t h e   m a i n s   ( s w i t c h  
of f the household fuse or the circuit breaker in the fuse 
box). Then deactivate demo mode in the basic settings 
within 3 minutes (see section entitled 'Basic settings').

Replacing the oven light

For te chnical reasons the lamp cover cannot be 
removed. Lamp must only be replaced by  Gaggenau 
a f te r- s a l e s   s e r v i c e .

C a u t i o n !

Do not remove  the lamp cove r.  This will damage the 
s e a l i n g .

If the lamp cover in the oven is damaged, it must be 
replaced. You can obt ain cove r s  from the af te r-sales 
s e r v i c e .   P l e a s e   s u p p l y   yo u r   a p p l i a n c e ' s   E   n u m b e r   a n d  
F D   n u m b e r.

Error message "Exxx"

If an error message is  displayed, turn 
the function selector to 

0

;  if the display 

goes out, there was a non-recurring 
problem. If the error  occurs repeatedly 
or the display remains on, please con-
tact the after-sales  service and inform 
them of the error code.
