After restoring factory settings, the "Initial 
settings" menu is displayed.

Demo mode

Only for presentation purposes. The appli-
ance does not heat up in demo mode, all 
other functions are available. 

The "Off" setting must be activated for nor-
mal operation. The setting is only possible 
in the first 3 minutes after connecting the 
appliance to the mains.

Demo cleaning 
programme

Starts the demo cleaning programme

For presentation purposes only. Does not 
actually clean or heat.

The demo cleaning programme takes 10 
minutes. It can be terminated at any time.

You will need a new or used standard clean-
ing cartridge. The appliance must be con-
nected to a water supply and drainage 
system.

Then manually dry the cooking compart-
ment.

Long-term timer

Door lock

The door lock prevents unintentional open-
ing of the appliance door. When "On" is set,
