I n s e r t i n g   t h e   c o r e   te m p e r a t u r e   p r o b e  
i n   t h e   fo o d   to   b e   c o o ke d

Inser t the core te mperature probe in the food to  be 
c o o ke d   b e fo r e   yo u   p l a c e   i t   i n   t h e   c o o k i n g   i n te r i o r.

Inser t the met al tip at the thicke st point in the food to  be 
cooked. Make sure that the end of the tip is 
approximately in the centre. It must not be placed in the 
fa t   a n d   m u s t   n o t   to u c h   a ny   c o o k wa r e   o r   b o n e s .

If there are seve ral pieces, inser t the core te mperature 
probe in the middle of the thicke st piece.

Inser t the core te mperature probe complete ly, if 
p o s s i b l e .

In the case of poultr y,  make sure that the tip of the core 
te mperature probe is not in the cavity in the centre, but 
in the meat between the belly and upper leg.

S e t t i n g   t h e   c o r e   te m p e r a t u r e

Inser t food into the oven interior with the core 
te mperature probe inser ted. Inser t the core 
te mperature probe in the socket in the oven interior 
and close the appliance door. 
Do not jam the core te mperature probe's cable!

Set the function selector to  the required heating 
m o d e .

Set the oven interior te mperature with the rot a r y  
s e l e c to r.

The set core te mperature must be higher than the 
current core te mperature.

The appliance heats with the set heating mode.
The current core te mperature is displayed and, 
under it, the set core te mperature.
You can change the set core te mperatur at any time.

A signal sounds when the set core te mperature in the 
fo o d   h a s   b e e n   r e a c h e d .   T h e   c o o k i n g   m o d e   i s   e n d e d

The measurable range is 15 °C to  99 °C. Outside 
the measurable area, "--°C" is displayed for the 
current core te mperature.

If you leave  food in the cooking compar tment for 
some time af ter cooking, the core te mperature 
continues to  rise somewhat due to  the residual heat 
in the cooking compar tment.

‒

If you set the core te mperature probe and the 
cooking timer at the same time, the appliance 
switches of f whichever programme reaches the 
entered value fir s t.
