M i c r o f i b r e   c l o t h

The honeycomb microfibre cloth is par ticularly suit able 
for cleaning sensitive sur faces such as glass, glass 
c e r a m i c ,   s t a i n l e s s   s te e l   o r   a l u m i n i u m   ( p a r t   n u m b e r

online shop). It removes liquid and greasy deposits in 
o n e   g o .

Drain filter

You can clean the drain filter in the cooking 
compar tment floor as necessar y.  If you use the 
appliance frequently to  prepare fish or meat, we  
recommend cleaning it once a month.

Remove  any food residues from the drain filter.

N ever operate the combi-steam oven without the drain 
filter in place.

E n a m e l l e d   c o o k i n g   c o m p a r t m e n t

The enamel in the cooking compar tment will become 
lighter in colour with use. The change in colour does not 
af fect its useful proper ties. Do not attempt to  remove  
the discolouration by  scouring with abrasive agents.

C l e a n i n g   p r o g r a m m e

T h e   c l e a n i n g   p ro g r a m m e   r e m ove s   s t u b b o r n   d i r t . A  
c l e a n i n g   c a r t r i d g e  

( a )

 is screwed into the top of the 

cooking compar tment. The cooking compar tment is 
c l e a n e d ,   r i n s e d   a n d   d r i e d   f u l l y   a u to m a t i c a l l y.   T h e   d r a i n  
filter 

( b )

 must remain inser ted in the cooking 

compar tment floor while the cleaning programme is in 
progress.

The cleaning programme t a kes 3 hour s 45 minutes from 
b e g i n n i n g   to   e n d .

W i t h   n o r m a l   u s e ,   we   r e c o m m e n d   c l e a n i n g   t h e   a p p l i a n c e  
with the cleaning programme four times a year. 
Depending on how you use your appliance, more 
frequent cleaning may be necessar y.

If there are a lot of food residues on the panels of the 
cooking compar tment, do not allow them to  burn on. 
St ar t the cleaning programme as soon as you have  
finished using the appliance.

Yo u   n e e d   s p e c i a l   c l e a n i n g   c a r t r i d g e s   fo r   t h e   c l e a n i n g  
programme. These are available from the af te r-sales 
ser vice or from our online shop (CL S10 040 set with 
fo u r   c l e a n i n g   c a r t r i d g e s ,   p a r t   n u m b e r   0 0 3 1 1 7 0 3 ) .

T h e   c l e a n i n g   c a r t r i d g e s   c a n   o n l y   b e   u s e d   o n c e   a n d  
cannot be refilled. Do not use any other cleaning 
agents.

C a u t i o n !

Damage to  the cooking compar tment: Use cleaning 
c a r t r i d g e s   fo r   t h e   c l e a n i n g   p ro g r a m m e   o n l y.   N eve r   p l a c e  
cleaning car tridges in the cooking compar tment when it 
is hot or heat them up in the cooking compar tment.

N o te s

The cleaning programme cannot be st ar ted until the 
a p p l i a n c e   h a s   c o o l e d   d ow n   to   b e l ow   4 0   ° C .

Remove  all accessor ies from the cooking 
compar tment before you st ar t the cleaning 
programme (wire rack , cookware, core te mperature 
probe).

Remove  the wo r s t of the food residues from the 
cooking compar tment.

The drain filter must remain inser ted in the cooking 
compar tment floor while the cleaning programme is 
in progress.If the drain filter is removed before the
