11.  Warrant y

NOKIA One- Year Limited Warranty

Nokia Mobile Phones, Inc. (“NMP”) warrant s t hat  t his cellular 
phone (“Product ”) is free f rom defect s in mat erial and 
workmanship t hat  result  in Product  failure during normal usage, 
according t o t he following t erms and condit ions:

1. The limit ed warrant y for t he Product  ext ends for ONE (1) year 
beginning on t he dat e of  t he purchase of t he Product .

2. The limit ed warrant y ext ends t o t he original purchaser of t he 
Product  (“Consumer”) and is not  assignable or t ransf erable t o any 
subsequent  purchaser/end- user.

3. The limit ed warrant y ext ends only t o Consumers who purchase 
t he Product  in t he Unit ed St at es.

4. During t he limit ed warrant y period, NMP will repair, or replace, 
at  NMP's opt ion, any def ect ive part s, or any part s t hat  will not  
properly operat e for t heir int ended use wit h new or fact ory rebuilt  
replacement  it ems if  such repair or replacement  is needed 
because of product  malf unct ion or failure during normal usage. 
No charge will be made t o t he Consumer f or any such part s. NMP 
will also pay f or t he labor charges incurred by NMP in repairing 
or replacing t he defect ive part s. The limit ed warrant y does not  
cover defect s in appearance, cosmet ic, decorat ive or st ruct ural 
it ems, including framing, and any non- operat ive part s. NMP's 
limit  of liabilit y under t he limit ed warrant y shall be t he act ual 
cash value of  t he Product  at  t he t ime t he Consumer ret urns t he 
Product  for repair, det ermined by t he price paid by t he Consumer 
for t he Product  less a reasonable amount  for usage. NMP shall not  
be liable f or any ot her losses or damages. These remedies are t he 
Consumer’s exclusive remedies f or breach of  warrant y.

5. Upon request  f rom NMP, t he Consumer must  prove t he dat e of  
t he original purchase of t he Product  by a dat ed bill of sale or 
dat ed it emized receipt .

6. The Consumer shall bear t he cost  of shipping t he Product  t o 
NMP in Melbourne, Florida. NMP shall bear t he cost  of shipping 
t he Product  back t o t he Consumer aft er t he complet ion of service 
under t his limit ed warrant y.

7. The Consumer shall have no coverage or benefit s under t his 
limit ed warrant y if any of  t he following condit ions are applicable:

a) The Product  has been subject  t o abnormal use, abnormal 
condit ions, improper st orage, exposure t o moist ure or dampness, 
unaut horized modificat ions, unaut horized connect ions, 
unaut horized repair, misuse, neglect , abuse, accident , alt erat ion, 
improper inst allat ion, or ot her act s which are not  t he fault  of 
NMP, including damage caused by shipping.
