ABC/ abc mode
This allows you to enter upper and lower case alphanumeric
charact ers int o your phone. This is necessary for ent ering
names and numbers int o your phone book, as well as
edit ing any exist ing alphanumeric charact ers.

Access codes
This is a securit y feat ure t hat allows you access t o cert ain
phone feat ures.

Alarm clock
The alarm clock uses your phone’s
clock and can be set in advance t o
sound an alert at a designat ed t ime.
You can also t urn your phone off
aft er you’ve set t he alarm. Your phone will aut omat ically
wake up and sound t he alarm at t he specified t ime.
The volume for t he alarm clock is det ermined by t he
current ringing volume.
Not e: If you have select ed t he
Silent
or
Meeting
profile, your alarm
will only beep once. The best prof ile t o use while using t he alarm
clock is
Normal
or
Outdoor
, unless t hese have been modif ied f rom
t heir original set t ings or renamed.

Setting the alarm clock

Press Menu 4- 2- 2 (Settings - Phone settings -
Alarm clock)

set t he alarm t o 7:00; remember if your clock is
24- hour or am/pm). Exist ing digit s will be replaced
wit h t he new alarm t ime.
