Names or Menu (Call not allowed will be displayed if 
you at t empt  t o place a call while phone is locked). Once 
your lock code has been accept ed, your phone will 
funct ion normally.

Activating and deactivating phone lock

Press Menu 4- 3- 2- 1 (Settings -  Securit y set t ings -  
Access codes -  Phone lock). Ent er t he lock code t hen 
press OK. Then scroll t o On or Off, and press OK. 
Complet e t he phone lock act ivat ion or deact ivat ion by 
t urning your phone off and back on.

When your phone is locked, calls may be possible t o t he 
emergency number programmed int o your phone (e.g. 
911 or ot her official emergency number) including calls 
wit h Emergency key 9 (

).

You can also st ore a number in t he Unlocked phone 
number locat ion, which allows you t o call t his number 
even t hough your phone is locked (S

Answering a call with phone lock on
