Using the calendar

Press Menu 8 (Calendar)

If you are not in a digit al net work, you will be
prompt ed t o set your phone’s t ime and dat e
When your phone prompt s you for t he t ime wit h
hh:mm, ent er t he t ime in hours and minut es
(using t wo- digit fields), t hen press OK
Time format (24- hour or am/pm) is set using the Clock.
See “Clock” on page 30.
When your phone prompt s you for t he dat e wit h
mm/dd/yyyy, ent er t he mont h and day (using t wo-
digit fields) and year (using a four- digit field), t hen
press OK.
Tip: Use

t o move t he cursor right and

When you ent er a digit , it writ es over t he number t o t he
right of t he cursor.

Your phone now displays t he current day. You can
also scroll t o different days by pressing
W

Once you’re at t he dat e you want , press Options.
Then use

t o highlight t he opt ion you want , and
press Select. The opt ions are:
Option 1: View day
Wit h t his opt ion, you can view t he not es of t he day
current ly on display.
Use

t o scroll t hrough t he not es. Each not e allows you
t o choose t he following Options:
Erase clears t he not e from your calendar.
Edit gives you t he same prompt s you got when you made
t he not e.
Move gives you t he dat e prompt so you can move t he
not e t o anot her dat e.
