Not e: If you have changed your securit y code and don’t  remember 
t he new code, cont act  your service provider. Once you have 
changed your securit y code, t he def ault  set t ing is no longer valid.

Send own caller ID with next call 

In most  service areas, when you call someone your name 
will be present ed t o his/her caller ID (if t hey subscribe). 
This feat ure allows you t o block t heir caller ID (your 
number will not  be displayed) when you call t hem. 
This feat ure works on a per- call basis. Cont act  your 
service provider for more det ails. 

Please be aware of t he f ollowing:

This feat ure is only eff ect ive when calling t o a number t hat  
is equipped wit h Caller ID. 

•

This feat ure is available only when support ed by t he 
wireless net work, and may not  funct ion if you are roaming.

Not e: Before you can act ivat e t his feat ure, you should f irst  st ore 
t he feat ure code given t o you by your service provider. Ot herwise, 
t his feat ure may not  appear in t he menu or funct ion properly. 
Check wit h your service provider t o conf irm if t he f eat ure code has 
been pre- programmed f or you. See “Net work feat ure set t ing” on 
page 48 for more det ails.
