Profiles
You can adjust and cust omize your
phone t o what ever environment you
find yourself in (e.g. shopping, a
movie, et c.). Each profile uses it s
predefined set t ings t o det ermine
your phone’s ringing volume, ringing t one, message alert
t one, keypad t ones, warning t ones, et c., for a number of
different environment s.
These set t ings can be changed at any t ime, and each
profile can be select ed in a mat t er of seconds.
Not e: Rest ore fact ory set t ings (see page 57) will reset any changes
made in profiles back t o t he fact ory default s. The def ault set t ing is
Normal
.
Accessing profiles
Press Menu 3
Selecting a profile
Quickly press t he
key t o view a list of t he available
profiles. Then press
W
or
V
t o choose anot her profile and
press OK.
When you select a profile ot her t han Normal, it will
appear on t he st art screen.
This only allows you t o select a profile; you can not
cust omize t hem here. Keep reading t o learn how t o
cust omize a profile.
Customizing profiles and other options
Press Menu 3 (Profiles) and scroll t o desired profile, t hen
press Options.
Once Options is select ed, Select, Customize and Rename
may appear as your choices. Once you have select ed and
highlight ed one of t hese it ems, press OK. If you wish t o
go back t o t he main menu, press Back.
