Oven-roasted or oven-baked ve get ables are a good
a l te r n a t i ve to p a n - f r i e d ve g e t a b l e s . T h e d i f fe r e n t
flavour s become more concentrated and, because
the ve get ables are roasted, they have a ve r y
d i s t i n c t i ve t a s te . Fu r th e r m o r e , ve r y l i t t l e fa t i s
required to prepare the ve get ables.

Clean and prepare the ve get ables and mix them
with a little oil in a bow l. Place them in a heat-
resist ant dish or in the grill tray and spread them
o u t eve n l y.

Mix them thoroughly at least once during the
cooking process. Once they are cooked, season
them and sprinkle them with fresh herbs to t a ste.
