Individual recipes

It is possible to  save  up to  50 individual recipes. You 
can record a recipe. These recipes can be given a name 
s o   t h a t   t h ey   c a n   b e   c a l l e d   u p   q u i c k l y   a n d   c o nve n i e n t l y  
when required.

Recording a r ecipe

I t   i s   p o s s i b l e   to   c o n s e c u t i ve l y   s e t   u p   to   5   p h a s e s   a n d   to  
record at the same time.

Select the required heating mode using the 
f u n c t i o n   s e l e c to r.

Select the required heating mode using the 
function selector. Set the te mperature using the 
rot a r y  selector. This begins a new phase.

Connect the core te mperature probe to  the socket in the 
oven. Set the heating mode and the te mperature. Touch

 symbol. Select the core te mperature using the
