Rotisserie spit

Use the rotisserie spit to  grill large roasts or poultr y.  
G r i l l i n g   w i t h   t h e   r o t i s s e r i e   s p i t   p r o d u c e s   a   c r i s py   c r u s t  
a n d   eve n   b row n i n g   a l l - ro u n d .

You can use the rotisserie spit in all heating modes. You 
get the best results in the "full sur face grill" or "top 
h e a t "   m o d e s .

C a u t i o n !

Do not use the te mperature probe in combination with 
t h e   rot i s s e r i e   s p i t .

P r e p a r a t i o n

Push the two suppor ting frames into the sockets in 
the grill tray.The drive is on the lef t.

N o te :  

Make sure the suppor ting frames are in the 

c o r r e c t   p o s i t i o n .

Fit the right-hand ret aining prongs to  the rot a r y  spit 
and screw them in to secure the food in place.

Skewer the food and move  it to  the middle of the 
rot a r y  spit. Secure any protruding par ts (e.g. wings) 
so that they  do not touch the grill element.
Fit the lef t-hand ret aining prongs to  the rot a r y  spit 
and screw them in to secure the food in place.

Set the rot a r y  spit down onto the suppor ting 
frames. Push the rod of the rot ar y spit into the drive 
so that it engages with its square profile.

Inser t the grill tray  along with the rot a r y  spit into the 
oven at the bottom rack level. 

N o te :  

T h e   d r i ve   a x l e   m u s t   e n g a g e   i n   t h e   o p e n i n g   i n  

the rear panel of the oven. If necessar y,  turn the 
rot a r y  spit slightly.
