Controlelampje brandt niet.

  Controleer de hoofdkabel, de stekker, de netspanning en de zekering. Mocht u problemen ondervinden, neem 

dan telefonisch contact op met 

Nespresso

.

Geen koffie, geen water.

  Het waterreservoir is leeg. Vul het waterreservoir.

  Ontkalk indien nodig, zie hoofdstuk Ontkalking.

De koffie loopt heel traag uit de machine.

  De doorloopsnelheid hangt af van de koffiesoort.

  Ontkalk indien nodig, zie hoofdstuk Ontkalking.

Geen koffie, er komt alleen water uit (ondanks de ingezette capsule).

  Neem telefonisch contact op met 

Nespresso

 bij problemen.

De koffie is niet warm genoeg.

  Verwarm het kopje voor.

  Ontkalk indien nodig, zie hoofdstuk Ontkalking.

Het water lekt weg langs de capsules (water in de bak met capsules).

  Plaats de capsule op de juiste manier. In geval van lekkage, neem telefonisch contact op met 

Nespresso

.

Het controlelampje knippert onregelmatig.

  Laat de machine repareren of neem telefonisch contact op met 

Nespresso

.

Alle lampjes knipperen tegelijk gedurende 10 seconden en dan schakelt 
de machine automatisch uit. 

  Storingsindicatie: machine moet worden gerepareerd. Laat de machine repareren of neem telefonisch contact 

op met 

Nespresso

.

De 6 lampjes knipperen snel 3 keer en daarna is de machine opnieuw 
klaar voor gebruik. 

  Waterreservoir is leeg.

Ontkalking- en reinigingsalarm knipperen.

  De machine zit in de menu modus: houd de knoppen Lungo en melkschuim 3 seconden ingeduwd om het menu 

te verlaten of wacht 30 seconden totdat het automatisch wordt beëindigd.

Het ontkalkingsalarm licht oranje op en de knoppen voor bereiding zijn 
beschikbaar (descaling alarm niveau 1).

  De machine geeft de nood voor ontkalking aan op basis van de  consumptie. Ontkalk de machine. 

Het ontkalkingsalarm knippert oranje en de knoppen voor bereiding 
zijn beschikbaar (descaling alarm niveau 2).

  Het ontkalken werd niet correct uitgevoerd. Ontkalk de machine opnieuw. 

Het ontkalkingsalarm knippert oranje en de knop voor melkschuim 
brandt.

  De machine staat in ontkalkstand. Duw op de knop voor warm melkschuim om het ontkalkingsproces te starten.

Het ontkalkingsalarm licht oranje op en de knoppen voor bereiding zijn 
niet beschikbaar (descaling alarm niveau 3).

  De machine is geblokkeerd door een te grote hoeveelheid kalk. Ontkalk de machine. 

Het reinigingslichtje brandt oranje. 

  Reinig het melksysteem.

Alle koffieknoppen en knoppen voor melkrecepten knipperen 
afwisselend.

  De machine is oververhit, wacht tot de machine is afgekoeld. 

  De machine wordt na het legen van het systeem 10 minuten geblokkeerd.

De capsuleklem kan niet volledig worden gesloten. 

  Maak het capsulereservoir leeg. Ga na of er geen capsule geblokkeerd zit in het capsulereservoir. 

De kwaliteit van het melkschuim is niet volgens de norm.

  Gebruik voor perfect melkschuim magere of halfvolle melk op koelkasttemperatuur (ongeveer 4° C).

  Spoel na elke melkbereiding. (zie sectie R.C.S. met de hand afwassen).

  Ontkalk de machine (zie pagina 80).

  Gebruik geen bevroren melk. 

Het menu is niet toegankelijk.

  Verwijder het melkreservoir.

  Duw de knoppen Lungo en warm melkschuim tegelijk in en houd ze 3 seconden vast.

  Verwijder het ontkalkpijpje.

Coffee comes out very slowly.

Flow speed depends on the coffee variety.

Perform a self check of the machine. Enter the menu list and select Maintenance. Follow instruction

Coffee is not hot enough.

Preheat cup.

Perform a self check of the machine. Enter the menu list and select Maintenance. Follow instruction

Capsule area is leaking (water in capsule container). 

Position capsule correctly. If leakages occur, call the Nespresso Club.

Irregular blinking.

Send appliance to repair or call the Nespresso Club.

Empty capsule container. Make sure that no capsule is blocked inside the capsule container.

Quality of milk froth is not up to standard

1) For a perfect milk froth, use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at refrigerator temperature (about 4° C)

2) Rinse after each milk based preparation. Place a recipient under milk outlet, rotate the milk 

regulator knob until “CLEAN” position.

3) Every two days, disassemble the R. C. S. and clean all components in the upper level of a 

dishwasher

Warranty

Delonghi warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During this period, Delonghi will either repair or 

replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be guaranteed for only the unexpired portion of the original 

warranty or six months, whichever is greater. This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from accident, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Any
