  A máquina está no modo Menu, pressione o botão Lungo e espuma de leite durante 3 segundos para sair do 

modo Menu ou aguarde 30 segundos para sair automaticamente.

O aviso de descalcificação pisca a laranja e os botões de bebidas ficam 
disponíveis (aviso de descalcificação nível 1).

  A máquina ativa o aviso de descalcificação de acordo com o histórico de consumo de bebidas. Proceda à 

descalcificação da máquina.

O aviso de descalcificação pisca a laranja e os botões de bebidas ficam 
disponíveis (aviso de descalcificação nível 2).

  O processo de descalcificação não foi realizado corretamente. Proceda à descalcificação da máquina.

O aviso de descalcificação pisca a laranja e a luz da espuma de leite 
quente fica acesa de forma permanente.

  A máquina está no modo de Descalcificação. Pressione o botão de leite quente para iniciar o processo de 

descalcificação.

O aviso de descalcificação pisca a laranja e os botões de bebidas estão 
indisponíveis (aviso de descalcificação nível 3).

  Máquina bloqueada devido ao nível de calcário demasiado elevado. Proceda à descalcificação da máquina.

Aviso de limpeza cor de laranja.

  Enxague o sistema de leite.

Todos os botões de café e todos os botões de receitas de leite piscam 
alternadamente.

  Máquina em sobreaquecimento, aguarde até a máquina arrefecer.

  O aparelho ficará bloqueado durante aproximadamente 10 minutos após o esvaziamento.

Não é possível baixar totalmente a alavanca.

  Esvazie o recipiente das cápsulas. Certifique-se de que não há nenhuma cápsula presa dentro do recipiente 

das cápsulas.

A qualidade da espuma de leite não está ao nível habitual.

  Utilize leite magro ou meio gordo à temperatura do frigorífico (cerca de 4° C).

  Enxague após cada preparação à base de leite (consulte a secção «Lavagem à Mão da Preparação de 

Cappuccino Automática (P.C.A.)».

  Proceda à descalcificação da máquina (consulte a p. 108).

  Não utilize leite congelado.

Não consigo entrar no modo Menu.

  Certifique-se de que removeu o depósito de leite.

  Certifique-se de que pressiona o botão Lungo e espuma de leite durante 3 segundos.

  Retire o tubo de descalcificação.

Check the mains, plug, voltage, and fuse. In case of problems, call the Nespresso Club.

Coffee comes out very slowly.

Flow speed depends on the coffee variety.

Perform a self check of the machine. Enter the menu list and select Maintenance. Follow instruction

Coffee is not hot enough.

Preheat cup.

Perform a self check of the machine. Enter the menu list and select Maintenance. Follow instruction

Capsule area is leaking (water in capsule container). 

Position capsule correctly. If leakages occur, call the Nespresso Club.

Irregular blinking.

Send appliance to repair or call the Nespresso Club.

No coffee, just water runs out (despite inserted capsule).

Lever cannot be closed completely

Empty capsule container. Make sure that no capsule is blocked inside the capsule container.

Quality of milk froth is not up to standard

1) For a perfect milk froth, use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at refrigerator temperature (about 4° C)

2) Rinse after each milk based preparation. Place a recipient under milk outlet, rotate the milk 

regulator knob until “CLEAN” position.

3) Every two days, disassemble the R. C. S. and clean all components in the upper level of a 

dishwasher

Delonghi warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During this period, Delonghi will either repair or 

replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be guaranteed for only the unexpired portion of the original
