POE COMMANDS
The PoE (Power over Ethernet) commands in the Command Line Interface (CLI) are listed (along with the
appropriate parameters) in the following table.

Purpose
Used to configure the Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality.
Syntax
config poe ports [all | <portlist>] [state {enable | disable}]
[time_range <range_name 32> | clear_time_range | priority
{High | Normal | low} | power_limit {Auto | class_1 | class_2 |
class_3 | class_4 | user_define <value 1-30>} |
delay_power_detect {enable | disable}]
Description
The config poe ports configures the Power over Ethernet (PoE)
functionality of the Switch.
Parameters
port –
Specify the port(s) for PoE parameters
all –
Specify all ports
<portlist>
−
Specify the port, or a range of ports.
state –
Specifies whether power will be supplied to the powered
device connected to this port or not
enable -
Specifies that PoE will be enabled of the specifies port(s).
disable -
Specifies that PoE will be disabled of the specifies
port(s).
time_range <range_name 32>
- To configure the time-based PoE
function on designated port(s).
clear_time_range –
Used to delete the time range for specified
port(s).
priority
- Port priority determines the priority the system attempts to
supply the power to the port.
High
–Specifies that the priority value will be set to high.
Normal
–Specifies that the priority value will be set to normal.
Low
- Specifies that the priority value will be set to low.
power_limit -
Specifies the power limit with different class
auto –
Automatic classification the PD’s power consumption.
class_1 -
Specifies that the power limit will be set to 4W
