delete iproute
Purpose
Used to delete an IP route entry from the Switch’s IP routing table.
Syntax
delete iproute [<network_address> | default] <ipaddr>
Description
The
delete iproute
command will delete an existing IP route entry
from the Switch’s IP routing table.
Parameters
<network_address>
- The IP address and netmask of the IP
interface that is the destination of the route. Specify the address and
mask information using the traditional format (for example,
10.90.90.3/255.0.0.0 or in CIDR format, 10.90.90.3/8).
default
– Specifies to delete a default IP route entry.
<ipaddr> –
To specify the IPv4 address for the next hop router to be
configured.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, operator and power user-level users can issue
this command.
Example usage:
To delete the default route from the routing table:
DGS-1210-28MP:5# delete iproute 10.90.58.33
Command: delete iproute 10.90.58.33
Success.

show iproute
Purpose
Used to display the Switch’s current IP routing table.
Syntax
show iproute {static}
Description
The
show iproute
command will display the Switch’s current IP
routing table.
Parameters
{static}
– Specifies to display all the static route entries.
Restrictions
None.
