… just the illumination is not working

No solution required: Steam over 100° C is not vis-
ible.

... the food probe temperature is not displayed

Possible cause

Solution

The food probe has not been
inserted correctly.

▸ Check whether the food probe has been inserted

into the socket properly.

▸ Check whether the food probe has been inserted

into the food to be cooked properly: The tip must
be inserted into the centre of the thickest part.

▪

The food probe cannot be
used with the automatic pro-
gramme selected; the 
symbol illuminates grey.

▸ To nevertheless use the food probe: Change to the

operating modes menu 

 and set to an appropri-

ate operating mode.

The food probe or socket is
faulty.

▸ Call Customer Services.

The food probe temperature is never displayed during the heating process.
