TROUBLESHOOTING

The lid  is  not  closed  well 

Sealed  ring is  not  set  properly  

Check  if  the  sealed  ring is  set  properly  

Float  valve is  blocked  in high  position 

Make  float  valve free  from  strange  objects  which  blocked  it 

Hard to  open the  lid 

Float  valve is  not  in  low position 

If  steam  relief  valve is  open  and there  is  no outgoing  steam,  but  float  valve is 
not  in  low position,  then  press  it  slightly  with  wooden stick   

Steam  is  going from  under the  lid  while 
cooking 

There is  no sealed  ring  

Set  the  sealed  ring 

The sealed  ring is  dirty 

Clean  the  sealed  ring 

The sealed  ring is  damaged 

Contact  service center 

The lid  is  not  closed  well 

Close  the  lid  according  to  the  article  “Using  a multicooker”
