Coanda hood AI 280.
The AI 280 is the latest version of Gaggenau’s exclusive
Coanda ventilation technology. Condensation is ef fi -
ciently trapped on both sides of the island and sucked
into the ventilation system. This means that the AI 280
produces a level of per formance that conventional
systems only achieve when running at ma ximum speed.

Dimensions : 120 cm wide, 70 cm deep; made of stainless
steel (also available with an aluminium coating).
Quiet and economical : Highly ef fective, even when on a
low output level. This helps to conser ve energy and lower the
noise level.
Dimmable cook top lighting : When switched on/of f, the light
gently fades in/out. It can also be dimmed manually.
Four modes : Three output modes and an intensive mode,
which automatically rever ts to the previously selected mode
af ter a few minutes. Can be operated from both sides.
Stainless steel grease filter : Easy to remove and dishwasher-
safe.
Air ex traction or recirculation : Both are possible.
