Water filter

The water filter of fers freshly 
filtered and optimally prepared 
water at all times. It reduces the 
hardness of the mains water 
and thus protects the entire 
system from deposits. A display 
provides a reminder of when a 
filter change is due. The change 
itself is easy to carr y out.

C ombi - s team  ovens: If a 
descaling system is integrated 
into the water inlet then the filter 
must be changed at specific 
inter vals. The appliance elec -
tronic s calculate the capacit y 
according to the water hardness 
entered.

Fully automatic espresso 
machines: The water filter 
ensures that the cof fee aroma 
can optimally unfold. In addi -
tion, it also guarantees a long 
ser vice life, even brewing tem -
perature and constant pump 

pressure during the brewing

Water level warning

An acoustic signal is emit ted 
when the water tank in the steam 
oven is empt y. The display will 
show a tap symbol. The heating 
process is then interrupted. The 
water tank has to be filled and 
reinser ted in order to continue 
cooking.

With a capacit y of 1. 3 litres, 
the water tank in Combi - steam 
and steam ovens ensures a 
suf ficient supply of water in the 
absence of a fixed inlet and 
outlet water connection. Since 
the steam is generated in the 
cooking compar tment, the water 
tank is protected against calci -
fication to the greatest possible 
degree. The tank is easy to 
handle and transparent, mean -
ing that the water level can be 
checked at a glance. Due to 
hygiene considerations, the tank 
has to be emptied af ter ever y 
cooking session. It should not 
be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Wine and champagne rack

For the practical and convenient 
storage of champagne, wine 
and other bot tles in a horizontal 
position. When not in use, the 
rack can easily be folded away

Zeolite technology

Thanks to this state - of- the - ar t 
technology, the Vario dishwasher 
suppor ts a huge range of op -
tions. Zeolite is a silicate mate -
rial which, thanks to its porous 
structure and special proper ties, 
absorbs moisture ver y quickly. 
This releases heat which can 
be used for several purposes – 
such as shor tening programme 
times, enhancing dr ying per-
formance or conser ving energy. 
Zeolite completely regenerates 
itself af ter each wash cycle and 
has a ser vice life as long as that 
of the appliance.
