 Gastronorm  system.   

 The Gastronorm system is the key to ensuring the 
ef ficiency of ever y move made in the kitchen. It enables 
ever y thing to proceed smoothly – from preparation and 
cooking to ser ving at the table and storage. The Gastro -
norm accessories can be used with the appliances of 
the Vario cooling 20 0 series, the induction cook tops, 
the ovens and the Combi - steam and steam ovens.

Gastronorm inser ts GN 114, GN 124 and GN 126.

These inser ts made of hygienic stainless steel, which 
are available per forated or unper forated, are per fectly 
suited to steam cooking, storage in the refrigerator or 
ser ving at the table. They are dishwasher- safe, easy 
to clean and available in the sizes GN
