During air ex traction or air- recirculation operation, steam
and odours are quietly and ef fectively ex tracted down -
wards directly from where they arise. The ideal solution
for kitchens where wall or island ventilation hoods can -
not be installed due to the presence of slanted ceilings
or windows. The per fect match for the Vario cooktops
40 0 series.
Width : 9.3 cm; can be integrated bet ween the cook tops to
save space.
Flexible installation : The VL 4 31 control element and, if also
purchased, the VL 4 3 0 supplementar y element are installed
bet ween the Vario cook tops. The motor is installed either in
the bot tom cabinet, in the cellar or on the outside wall and
can be combined in a space - saving manner with the down -
draf t ventilation by using compact flat ducts.
Stainless steel grease filter : Easy to remove and dishwasher-
safe.
Air ex traction or recirculation: Both are possible in combina -
tion with the appropriate remote fan unit.

Two Super- Quick cooking zones with twelve output levels.
