This accessory is designed for the MUM4... food mixer. Follow the
operating instructions for the MUM4... food mixer.
This accessory is suitable for making ice cream. It must not be
used for processing other objects or substances. Use the ice cream
maker only in the specified operating position and in its fully assem

bled state.
Only use matching parts for the ice cream maker. Never use the ice
cream maker for other appliances. Do not assemble the ice-cream
maker on the base unit.
Before use, carefully clean all parts which come into contact with
ice cream. All ingredients must be hygienically faultless. During han

dling, the rules of kitchen hygiene must be observed.
Do not warm the refrigerated container, or fill it with hot fluids. The
refrigerated container is not suitable for use in microwaves or ovens
and is not dishwasher-proof. Do not use the refrigerated container
for any purposes other than those described here.
Do not scratch the inside of the refrigerated container. Do not use a
metal spatula. Use the enclosed plastic spatula only.
