Deleting All Telephone Numbers
This funct ion allows you t o delet e all saved t elephone numbers and associat ed names.
1.
Press the
button and use the direction button to select

[6. Delete All].
Then, press the
[Enter]
button.
2.
If the password entry screen appears,
enter the password set in the IP phone.

I f the password is not changed, the init ial value
of password is 1234. I f you do not remember
your password, please contact your System
Administrator.
3.
If the ‘Are you sure you want to permanently delete your data?’ message appears,
select
[Yes]
and press the
[Enter]
button.
Then, all the telephone numbers saved in the phone book will be deleted.

The recent caller/ called numbers are not delet ed.
