10. Door Phone Relat ed Feat ures
When you phone is programmed t o receive calls from t he door phone you can answer a call wit hout
leaving your desk. I f t he opt ional elect ric door release is fit t ed you can also unlock t he door from
your phone.
Answering the Door Phone
1.
When a call is received from the door phone,
your IP phone will receive three
short bursts of ring consecutively.
2.
Lift the handset or press the
[Send]
button to connect to the door phone.
3.
If an electric door lock is installed,
dial
[1][3]
to open the door.
Calling the Door Phone
You can call t he door phone t o list en t o what is happening out side or in ot her rooms.
Dial the station number of the door phone.
You can listen or speak through
the door phone.
