Verify/Return/Delete Station Messages
You can verify, ret urn, or delet e t he st at ion messages left on your phone.
The st at us indicat or will f lash red when a message is left on your phone and t he
icon is displayed on t he
screen.
1.
Press the
[Screen]
button until
the Programmable Feature screen
is displayed.
2.
Press the
[Select]
button of the
[MESSAGE] menu
on the Programmable
Feature screen.
3.
The number of the first station that has left
a message is displayed along with
the options
[REPLY], [NEXT],
and
[CLEAR]
.

Press the [ Select] button for [ REPLY]
to reply t o the message. The number of
the st ation that left the message is aut omat ically
dialled. I f the station does not answer, the red
light continues to flash on t he status indicator.

When multiple messages are left on t he phone, press t he [ Select] button for
[ NEXT] to move to t he next message, and ret urn or delet e the message.
!
Press the [ Select] button for [ CLEAR] t o delet e the message.
