You can erase st at ion messages left on ot her st at ions or delet e t he messages left on t he
your st at ion.

To erase station messages you left on other
stations, dial
[4][2]
and dial the station
number of the other station.

[ 4 ] [ 2 ] is the funct ion code for Cancelling
Messages.

Dial
[4][2]
and enter the your station number
to delete all station messages left on
your station.

Refer t o the ‘Verify/ Return/ Delete Message’
in t he next page to selectively erase numbers
left on your st ation.
