Call Transfer from Secretary to Executive
The programmed secret ary st at ion will receive calls for t he execut ive f irst and t ransfer t he calls t o t he
execut ive.
1.
After the secretary answers the call
and verifies the nature of the caller’s business,
the secretary presses the
[Select]
button
for
[BOSS]
in the programmable
features screen to notify the executive
of the call.
2.
The secretary replaces the handset to
complete the transfer of the call to
the executive.

I f the execut ive does not answer, the secretary
should reconnect with the caller by pressing
the [ Hold] button.
