Using the menus

Set date

The  

option allows you to set the date by entering it with the

numbers on your keypad. You can also set the date by using the 
and 

keys.

Set time

The  

option allows you to set the time, by entering it in on the keypad or using the

and 

keys to increase or decrease the time minute by minute.

Language

The  

menu allows you to select a language for the texts displayed in the menus; for a

shortcut to this menu, a long press on the 

when in the idle screen is sufficient to

change the language.

Menu type

Both simple and advanced navigation modes are available via the menu

Simple menu 

The  

mode provides you with a simplified access to the basic functions of your phone;

you can place and receive calls, make emergency calls, consult the names list, and eventually
change to the advanced mode...

Advanced menu

The    

mode provides you with access to all the features of your phone.

Accessories 

The  

menu becomes available or visible only after having plugged your phone into; a

car kit at least once. Once this menu has become active, you adjust the various settings as
you please via the accessories menu.

Specific car kit Ringer 

Your car kit is equipped with one specific ringer that is independent of the ringer you may
have selected for your phone. The ringer volume can be adjusted by pressing on the 
and 

keys.

Auto answer

If the phone is connected to a car kit that is switched on, an automatic answering facility
can be activated.

When the

after 5 seconds. During the initial 5 seconds the call can be answered or rejected manually.
