Unknown measurement as it is outside 

the user assignment limit or a unique

Select user on the scale using the [   ]

Incorrect weight measurement

Solution

Incorrect zero point of scale.

Switch the scale on, wait approx. 5 seconds and repeat the measurement. 

Scale is on a carpet.

Place the scale on a flat, solid surface.

Stand on the outside of the scale as far as possible without it tipping.

Incorrect weight is displayed. Stand as still as possible.
Incorrect weight is displayed. Wait until the scale switches itself off. Then repeat the measurement.

Radio connection

The range in the open is approx. 10 m. Walls and ceilings reduce the range.

Other radio waves may interfere with the transmission. Therefore, do not 

position the scale near devices such as WIFI routers, microwaves, induction 

hobs etc.

Completely close the app (including in the background).

measured value is +/-0.5% +0.05 kg. E.g. at 50

corresponds to +/-0.55 kg.
