[1-Sided/2-Sided Printing]
If [2-sided Printing Only] is displayed, documents will always use 2-sided printing,
even if 1-sided printing is specified in the print settings.
[Page Layout]
Displays how many pages of a file will be printed on each sheet of paper. If [No
Restrictions] is displayed, you can print with the layout you specify.
[1 on 1 Not Available]:
Set the layout to 2 to 16 pages per sheet to print. If 1 page per sheet is specified, 2
pages are printed per sheet. If 2 to 16 pages are specified for one sheet, the
specified layout is printed.
[1-2 on 1 Not Available]:
Set the layout to 4 to 16 pages per sheet to print. If 1 or 2 pages per sheet is
specified, 4 pages are printed per sheet. If 4 to 16 pages are specified for one
sheet, the specified layout is printed.
[Store in Mail Box]
If [Not Available] is displayed, you cannot save files in an inbox (the hard disk of the
device), hold print jobs, or execute output methods that are not compatible with
AMS.
[Restriction Information Not
Obtained]
Click the [Get Restriction Information] button to retrieve the print restriction
information for the currently authenticated user.

Page layout restrictions are also applied when performing printing within the restrictions, such as
when printing a document with only one page.

If printing is performed without opening the printer properties dialog box after changing page layout
restrictions, printing may be performed using the page layout restrictions before change, depending
on the application.
[Check Print Restriction Information When Printing]
Set whether to check the print restrictions each time printing is performed.
If you select [Check Print Restriction Information When Printing], the [Confirmation of Print Restrictions] dialog
box is displayed each time you print, enabling you to check the print restriction information.

Depending on your environment, the message "The printer requires your attention. Go to the desktop
to take care of it." may be displayed when printing from a Windows Store app. If this happens, move to
the desktop and follow the instructions in the displayed dialog box.
[IP Address/Host Name] [Set IP Address/Host Name] Dialog Box
Displays a dialog box for changing the information of the device used for printing.
Use this when you want to change the IP address/host name of the device used for printing or did not specify
the IP address/host name of the device during installation.
[Get IP Address/Host Name]
Automatically retrieves the device information via the printer driver.
