If the problem persists or it is not possible to resolve it, contact an authorised service centre of the
manufacturer.

The coffee is too cold.
The coffee cup was not preheated.
Preheat the cups with hot water
before brewing coffee.
If you brew coffee after a longer
time, the brewing unit and the
internal lines of the espresso
machine have cooled down.
Brew coffee regularly.
Coffee only drips from the brewing
unit.
The ground coffee is too fi ne or
has been ground too fi ne.
Adjust the grinding level to
a coarser consistency or use
a more suitable espresso ground
coffee.
The fi lter of the brewing unit is
clogged.
Launch the brewing unit cleaning
program.
Coffee aroma is missing in the
beverage.
The wrong type of coffee beans
were selected.
Use coffee beans suitable for
brewing espresso coffee.
The grinder is too loud.
There are foreign items in the
grinder.
Brew the coffee again, if the
problem persists, contact an
authorised service centre of the
manufacturer.
The milk frother does not make
foamed milk.
The milk frother is clogged.
Clean the milk frother.
Milk is splashing out of the milk
frother.
The milk frother was not correctly
assembled.
Reassemble the milk frother.
The message «EMPTY TRAY»
is shown on the display.
The metal contacts at the end of
the drip tray are dirty or damp.
Wipe the contacts dry.
The message «INSTALL TRAY»
is shown on the display.
Ground coffee is found in the
bottom part of the espresso
machine.
Clean away the ground coffee
from the bottom part of the
espresso machine.
The display continuously shows
«FILL WATER TANK» but the
water tank is full.
The water tank spout is dirty.
Clean the water tank.
The display continuously shows
«FILL BEANS» but the coffee bean
hopper is full.
The coffee bean hopper is too
greasy and the coffee beans stick.
Clean the coffee bean hopper.
«Errors 1 to 7» appear on the
display.
The espresso machine is not
working correctly, it cannot be
used.
Turn off the espresso machine
and contact an authorised service
centre of the manufacturer.
