This chapter describes the error messages shown on the display and their solutions.
Messages on the display
Solution
If the drip tray is full, it is not possible
to brew beverages.
Take the drip tray out, pour the water out
of it and insert it back into the espresso
machine.
If the spent coffee grounds container is
full, it is not possible to brew beverages.
Take the spent coffee grounds container
out, remove its contents and insert it back
into the espresso machine.
If the water tank is empty, it is not
possible to brew beverages.
Add water to the water tank.
If the coffee bean hopper is empty,
it is not possible to brew beverages.
Add coffee beans to the coffee bean
hopper and press the dial button.
There is not enough ground coffee in the
ground coffee hopper.
When making the next beverage from
ground coffee, add a measuring cup
of ground coffee into the ground coffee
hopper.
The drip tray is not inserted correctly, all
the functions of the espresso machine
are out of operation.
Insert the drip tray into the espresso
machine in the correct way.
There is not enough water in the internal
lines of the espresso machine, all the
functions of the espresso machine are
out of operation.
Press the dial button to fi ll the internal
lines of the espresso machine with water.
The temperature of the espresso
machine is too high and it cannot be
used any further.
Turn off the espresso machine and allow
it to cool for approximately 1 hour.
The temperature of the espresso
machine is too low and it cannot be
used any further.
Raise the ambient temperature above
10 °C.
The espresso machine is not working
correctly, it cannot be used.

Turn off the espresso machine and
then turn it on again.
2. If the problem persists, disconnect
the power cord from the power
socket and contact an authorised
service centre of the manufacturer.
