Unpacking and cleaning the milk frother

To achieve the fi nest foamed milk, it is necessary to clean the milk frother every day.
1)  Push the milk frother on the sides and carefully take it out.
2)  Disassemble the milk frother into its individual parts.
3)  Wash these parts under running water.
4)  Reassemble the milk frother and insert it back into the espresso machine. The cleaning of the milk frother 

is complete.

Cleaning the espresso machine

•  Before cleaning the inside parts of the espresso machine, turn it off and 

disconnect it from the electrical power socket. Never submerge the espresso 
machine in water or in any other liquid. There is a danger of injury by electric 
shock.

•  Regularly check that excessive amounts of ground coffee residues are not 

collecting inside the espresso machine. Use a brush to remove the coffee 
residues.

• 

For cleaning the control panel of the espresso machine, only use a fi ne dry 
wiping cloth. The control panel is made from glass, so pay extra attention in its 
vicinity; in the event that the glass is damaged there is a risk of injury by electric 
shock.

• 

For cleaning the surface of the espresso machine, only use a fi ne dry wiping 
cloth. For cleaning coffee residues, never use hard and sharp items, which could 
scratch the surface of the espresso machine.
