IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
When using electrical appliances, in order to

Before using the appliance for the first time,

make sure that your home electricity supply cor-
responds to the operating voltage of the unit.
Use only the accessories supplied with the

- Reverse speed helps in re-
moving blocks while mincing.
Food tray
- The tray provides convenient place-
ment of products.
Two grates with openings of different size
–the grates are intended for different degrees of
mincing.
Special Attachments
– are for making of sau-
sages and kebbes.
Overheating protection system
– is intended
to protect the electro motor from overheating
and allows prolonging its service life.
AT TENTION!
Always ensure that the bones and unwanted
•
fat are removed from the meat before minc-
ing.
Always use the pusher supplied with the unit.
•
Never use your fingers or other utensils.
Never immerse the body of the unit into water
•
or any other liquids.
When using the Kebbe attachments (17, 18)
•
and the sausages attachments (15, 16) do
not put grates (10, 12) and the blade (13).
Do not try to mince material with hard fiber
•
(for instance, ginger or horseradish).
To avoid blockages, avoid using excessive
•
force while pushing the meat.
