• Make sure that the cutting blade is correctly centered and lies on the groove of the washer.

• Install the clamping washer. 

• Attach the mounting cup to the shaft. 

• Fit the nut onto the shaft. 

• Check that the blade is installed correctly. 

• While holding the locking rod with one hand, tighten the nut securely with a tubular key (supplied), turning 
it counterclockwise (fi g. 8).

• Align the hole of the fl ange washer with the hole of the gear 
cup.

• Insert the metal locking rod into the hole of the gear cup and 
into the hole of the fl ange washer. 

• Unscrew the fastening nut from the shaft hub clockwise. 

• Remove the cup from the shaft, press the washer, leaving the 
fl ange washer in place (fi g. 9). 

• While holding the rod, turn the coil with nylon thread anti-
clockwise until it stops spinning.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Fuel mixture preparation

For the preparation of the fuel mixture, gasoline with an octane rating of not less than 92 and special oil 
for two-stroke air-cooled engines shall be used. The recommended proportional ratio of the fuel mixture is 
shown on the label of the oil used. 

It is forbidden to use oil designed for 2-stroke water-cooled engines (boat motors). 

Never use oil for 4-stroke engines! This can lead to the formation of carbon deposits on the spark plug, 
contamination of the exhaust pipe outlet or damage to the piston rings.

WARNING!

Keep the cutting blade out of the reach of children!

WARNING!

If the cutting blade is not aligned correctly, a strong vibration occurs during operation, as 
a result of which the cutting blade may fl y away, causing injury to the operator or any third 
party.

WARNING!

To avoid product damage and personal injury, do not start the engine with the lock rod 
inserted into the hole of the gear cup and into the shaft hub hole.

WARNING!

Fitting the threaded coil without inserting the fl ange washer can damage the shaft coil!
