Recommended cooking modes
Please find the optimal cooking modes on the inner
glass surface of the oven door
The depicted food types are purely indicative and
show the kind of food you can cook by means of
that function. To discover the tremendous variability
of the oven capacities, don’t hesitate to experiment
with all the cooking modes on the basis of your own
cooking experience.
Baking

It is advisable to bake pastry and cakes on
the authorized baking trays which are
provided as oven equipment.

You can also use unauthorized baking
dishes and trays which should be placed on
the wire shelves. In this case, baking dishes
made of black plate or golden plated metal
are recommended. The above mentioned
baking cups and dishes have a better heat
conductivity which results in reduced baking
time and energy saving.

Bake pastry and cakes in a pre-heated
oven.
x
The oven is to be thoroughly pre-heated, if
you bake heavy cakes which have a big
mass and rise weakly. For cakes that rise
quickly, use a slightly pre-heated oven.

After you have switched off the oven, check
the cake quality with a wooden rod. (If the
cake is well-baked, the rod remains dry and
clean).

After the oven has been switched off, let the
cake in for 5 minutes.
