Advanced operation

ature or grill level.

You set the cooking duration re-
quired. 
A duration between 1 minute and 12
hours, or for grill functions, between
1 minute and 6 hours can be set.

You specify the time you want cook-
ing to stop.

Start at

You specify the time you want cook-
ing to start.

When baking, the oven should not be
set to start a long time off. Otherwise
the cake mixture or dough will dry
out, and the raising agents will lose
their effectiveness.

Cooking results can be impaired if
there is a long delay between the
food being placed in the oven and
the start of cooking. Fresh food can
change colour and even deteriorate.
