Steps:
1 . Press arr ow buttons on yo ur keyboard to m ove the light bar to "Update BIOS from Floppy" item in the
Q-Flash m enu and press Ente r button.
Later, you will see a box pop up showing the BIOS files y ou previously downloaded to the flopp y disk.
If you want to save the curr ent BIOS for bac kup p urpo se, you can begin Ste p 1 with "Sa ve BIOS
to F lop py " ite m .
Using the Q-F lash

This sectio n tells you how to up date BIOS using the Q- Flash utility. As des cribed in the "Before you begin"
section abov e, you m ust pr epare a floppy disk ha ving the BIOS file for your m o therboa rd and insert it to
you r com pute r. If you have alre ady p ut th e floppy disk into your system an d ha ve en tered the Q-Flash
utility, plea se follow the ste ps belo w to flash BIO S.
