Display window on the cooking jug must be clean during use. Otherwise, the 
coffee machine cannot detect the amount of coffee.  



Do not fill the cooking jug above the maximum level. The appliance will not 
work, the status light will blink in red, and a warning signal will be emitted to 
alert to you.  



Do not submerge any part of the cooking jug or the appliance into water.

Cleaning and maintenance 



Unplug the device before cleaning.  



Attach the protection cap to the cooking jug, then clean the cooking jug 
interior under running water. Make sure water does not reach the cooking jug 
contacts. 

Cleaning warnings 



Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal objects or hard brushes to clean the 
appliance.  



Do not immerse the device or supply cord in water or any other liquid.  



Clean the cooking jug bottom surface with a soft sponge. Do not use a wire 
sponge as it may scratch the bottom surface of the cooking jug. Be careful not 
to scratch this surface.  



Never wash the cooking jug in the dishwasher.   



Use a damp and soft cloth to clean and wipe the appliance. Use a mild 
detergent if necessary.  

To clean any white streaks on the cooking jug’s bottom surface without damaging the inner 
surface, pour 1 cup of hot water into the cooking jug and add half a cup of vinegar or juice of 
1 or 2 lemons. Rinse the jug thoroughly before using it again.
