Press the start button. Cooking start signal will be emitted and housing inner 
light will be ON.

Note:

 The cooking times were measured under laboratory conditions and are given for a 

Turkish coffee cup with a capacity of 65 ml. Time may vary depending on usage conditions.   



If you remove the cooking jug from the housing for any reason, the cooking 
process will be cancelled. In such case, the process has to be restarted.  



Device beeps when the cooking process is complete. Inner light will be ON and 
the start button will be blinking in blue colour for about 20 seconds. Then, the 
inner light and the start button will turn off. 



When the coffee cooking process is complete, pour the coffee into cups and 
serve immediately. 



Clean the cooking jug by inserting the plug. Always clean the cooking jug after 
each use, otherwise any residue will affect the flavour the next time you make 
coffee.  

Warnings 



The device is designed for making Turkish coffee only. You can make frothy 
Turkish coffee according to your taste by using appropriate measures in the 
table below (information is given for 1 person / cup of coffee).

Prepare the water, coffee and sugar mixture just before you make coffee; 
otherwise you cannot get a delicious result.  



Do not use the appliance for any other purpose except coffee making, including 
water boiling.  



When you make the coffee, do not use milk or other extras. Only use water. 



Use the measuring scoop provided with the product.  



For a delicious cup coffee, make sure the cooking jug is dry and clean.
