  • The compressor may make noise or 

pulsating sounds. This is character-
istic  for  modern  compressors  that 
operate at higher speeds than earlier 
models.

  • Increased temperature near the door 

and on each side of the refrigerator is 
normal.  Heat  prevents  formation  of 
moisture. 

  • The  compression  and  expansion  of 

the internal components caused by a 
drop in temperature may cause quiet 
rattling  sounds  inside  the  refrigera-
tor.

  • A  somewhat  higher  temperature 

behind  the  refrigerator  is  normal  as 
this  is  where  cooling  liquid  flows  at 
high temperatures. Avoid contacting 
this part of the refrigerator.

  • A f t e r   t h e   r e f r i g e r a t o r   h a s   b e e n 

switched  on,  it  takes  a  few  minutes 
for  the  compartments  to  cool:  If  the 
temperature  of  a  compartment  is 
h i g h e r   w h e n   t h e   r e f r i g e r a t o r   i s 
switched  on,  it  will  take  a  few  more 
minutes to drop.

  • Disconnect from the power supply,

A  few  simple  defects  can  be  removed 
by  the  user,  corresponding  to  the 
advices in this operating instruction.

  • When switching the refrigerator on or 

off, it may produce a clicking sound – 
this is normal.

  • A n n o u n c e   t h e   n e e d   f o r   r e p a i r 

(service center or another organisa-
tion  which  has  the  corresponding 
rights).

Every damage:

  • When  the  refrigerator  is  on,  it  may 

produce creaking sounds, especially 
when the door is opened. This sound 
is  caused  by  the  expansion  of  the 
cooling liquid inside the refrigerator. 
This is not a sign of a problem.

  • Noise  and  rattling  sounds  may  be 

produced  when  closing  the  door 
because of the seal. This is the result 
of the sudden cooling of air inside.

WHAT TO DO IF?

Problems  and  mistakes  can  happen 
during  the  usage  of  the  unit.  Some 
minor defects the user can remove on 
his  or  her  own  through  following  the 
advices  mentioned  in  the  table  below. 
Before contacting the customer service 
the following points are to be checked 
consecutively:

  • Make sure switch on the power.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Please  keep  the  appliance  a  bit 

space from walls.

The appliance makes lots of noise.

Liquid flowing sound inside the cabinet.

  • It is normal because of the refrigerant 

working inside.

  • Make  sure  the  appliance  is  con-

nected to the power properly. 

  • Please adjust the front feet, keep the 

appliance levelling.

The appliance does not start.

  • The  compressor  re-starts  after  5 

minutes due to a power outage.

Compressor runs continuously.

  • After  long  time  use,  the  door  seal 

might get stiff and distorted partially.

1. Heat  the  door  seal  with  hot-wind 

blower or hot towel.

2. The  door  seal  get  softer  and  close 

the door.

  • If no c

ooling

 is being produced, call 

the after-sale service.

The  appliance  does  not  cool  suffi-
ciently.

  • Please adjust temperature setting.

Door does not seal tightly.

  • K e e p   t h e   a p p l i a n c e   a w a y   f r o m 

sunlight or heat.

  • Please  do  not  open  the  door  fre-

quently.

Unpleasant smells inside cabinet.
  • A little bit plastic smell for newly-buy 

appliance  is  normal  and  will  disap-
pear after a short time.

  • Clean  the  compartment  and  venti-

late it for a few hours.

  • H i g h   a m b i e n t   t e m p e r a t u r e   a n d 

humidity would cause condensate.

Condensate on the glass door

  • Please  do  not  set  the  temperature 

too low. 

The light is not working

.

  • Check the power supply first.

  • Call the retailer’s after-sale service if 

the light is broken.

  • Please  do  not  open  the  door  fre-

quently or for a long time.

ten nach einem Stromausfall neu.

Kompressor läuft ununterbrochen?
  • Wenn  keine  Kühlung  auftritt,  wen-

den Sie sich an den Kundendienst.

Tür dichtet nicht dicht ab.

Kondensat an der Glastür.

Das Licht funktioniert nicht.

1.  Erhitzen  Sie  die Türdichtung  mit  ei-

nem Föhn oder einem heißen Hand-
tuch.

  • Bitte stellen Sie die Temperatur nicht 

zu niedrig ein.

Das Gerät kühlt nicht ausreichend.

  • Reinigen Sie das Fach und lüften Sie 

es einige Stunden lang.

  • Bitte öffnen Sie die Tür nicht häufig.

Unangenehme Gerüche im Schrank.

  • Hohe  Umgebungstemperatur  und 

Luftfeuchtigkeit  verursachen  Kon-
densat.

  • Ein  bisschen  Plastikgeruch  für  neu 

gekaufte  Geräte  ist  normal  und  es 
verschwindet nach kurzer Zeit.

  • Wenden  Sie  sich  an  den  Kunden-

dienst des Händlers, wenn das Licht 
ausfällt.

  • Halten  Sie  das  Gerät  von  Sonnen-

licht und Hitze fern.

2.  Die  Türdichtung  wird  aufgeweicht 

und die Tür geschlossen.

  • Passen  Sie  die  Temperatureinstel-

lung an.

  • Bitte  öffnen  Sie  die Tür  nicht  häufig 

oder für längere Zeit.

  • Nach  längerem  Gebrauch  kann  die 

Türdichtung  steif  und  teilweise  ver-
zogen werden.

  • Überprüfen Sie zuerst die Stromver-

sorgung.

2. После того, как уплотнение двери 

размягчится, закройте дверь.

De la condensation sur la porte vitrée?

  • Veuillez  ajuster  les  pieds  avant  et 

maintenir l'appareil à niveau.

  • C'est  normal  à  cause  du  réfrigérant 

qui travaille à l'intérieur.

  • Si  aucun  refroidissement  n’est  pro-

duit, appelez le service après-vente.

  • Gardez  l’appareil  un  peu  à  l’écart 

des murs.

Son  liquide  coulant  à  l'intérieur  de 
l'armoire.

  • Assurez-vous que l'appareil est cor-

rectement branché.

  • Assurez-vous d’allumer l’appareil.

La porte ne ferme pas hermétiquement.

  • Le  compresseur  redémarre  au  bout

joint de la porte peut devenir rigide et

quemment.

L'appareil  ne  refroidit  pas  suffisam-
ment.

Odeurs désagréables dans le placard.
  • Une petite odeur de plastique du nou-

vel appareil est normale, cette odeur 
disparaîtra rapidement.

  • Nettoyez  le  compartiment  et  venti-

lez-le pendant quelques heures.

  • Veuillez  ne  pas  ouvrir  la  porte  fré-

quemment ni trop longtemps.

  • Ne réglez pas la température sur une 

valeur trop basse.

  • Une  température  et  une  humidité 

ambiantes  élevées  pourraient  pro-
voquer de la condensation.

La lumière ne fonctionne pas.

  • Appelez  le  service  après-vente  du 

détaillant si le voyant est cassé.

  • Vérifiez d'abord l'alimentation.
