7. Maintenance



After each use remove grass and dirt residue from the cover

and the ventilation slots

Only use original GARDENA Filament Cassettes.  You can order

Replacement Filament Cassettes from your GARDENA dealer or

directly from the GARDENA Customer Service.

•  Filament Cassette for Turbotrimmer SmallCut 300 Accu: 

Art. 5306

1. Remove the battery pack.

2. Release the cassette cover

by pressing both locking clips

and remove the cover.

3. Remove the filament cassette

4. Remove any dirt.

5. Feed the cutting filament

of the new filament cassette

through the hole

and pull out about 10 cm.

6. Insert the filament cassette

.  Do not trap the cutting filament

when you do this.

7. Fit the cassette cover

so that you hear both locking clips

click into place.



If the cassette cover

does not lock into position, turn the 

filament cassette

slightly, until the filament cassette

is

correctly located in the filament cassette holder.



Check the cassette cover

is correctly fitted by trying to

remove it without pressing the locking clips 

(18).

There is a risk of injury from the cutting filament!

Always remove the battery pack of the Turbotrimmer before

carrying out maintenance work!

Risk of injury and risk of damage to property !

Never clean the Turbotrimmer under running water or with a

water jet (in particular a high pressure water jet).



After replacing the filament cassette always return the trimmer

to its normal operating position before switching on.
