During a call, you can adjust the listening volume of your phone’s earpiece

If the phone is not on, switch it on.

Key in the emergency number for your present location (for example,
911 or other official emergency number). Emergency numbers vary by
location.

Press the Talk key

Note:
Your phone changes to emergency call mode. If you choose to exit
this mode, emergency operators may not be able to contact you.
Keep your phone in emergency call mode until emergency
personnel arrive on the scene. In emergency call mode, some menu
items may not be available.

To exit emergency call mode, at the start screen, press
Exit
. When the

Restore normal service?
appears, press
OK
.
