Loosen the needle clamp screw by
turning it counter clockwise.

downward.
I n s e r t t h e n e w n e e d l e i n t o t h e
n e e d l e c l a m p w i t h t h e f l a t s i d e
toward the back.
Push the needle up as far as it can go.
T i g ht e n t h e n e e d l e c l a m p s c r ew
with the screw driver.
Raise the needle bar to its highest
position by turning the hand wheel
counter clockwise.
