Fit the blade and the medium grid into the mincer.
Cut the meat into cubes and then mince them in the meat mincer.
Pour the olive oil into the stewpot and cook the onion. Add the meat and cook it, mixing from
time to time.
Add the tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, garlic, herbes de Provence, sugar and Espelette pepper.
Season with salt and pepper, add the sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Beef meatballs with paprika and parsley
• 430 g beef fillet
• 2 extra fresh egg yolks
• 2 tsp paprika
• 4 tbsp washed and chopped flat-leaf parsley
• Salt, pepper, olive oil
Fit the blade and fine grid into the mincer.
Cut the meat into cubes. Mince them into the meat mincer.
Mix by hand minced meat, the yolks, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper then shape into meatballs
the size of a golf ball.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs, turning them from time to time,
until they are browned all over.

Fit the blade and the medium grid into the mincer.
Mix the flour & water in 3:1 ratio to make the dough.
Use the pusher to assist you mince the dough in the meat mincer.
Please do not use the mincer for more than 3 minutes.
CLEANING (FIG. 21)
• The appliance, all attachments and the relevant accessories must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.
• The parts in contact with food should be cleaned with a sponge and soapy water.
Please do not put these parts into dishwasher.

All parts are NON-dishwasher safe.
• Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol or spirits.
• Do not use any sharp, pointed or metal objects.
• Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaning agents.
• Always unplug the appliance as soon as you stop using it, if you leave it unattended or during
assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
STORAGE (FIG. 22)
• 2 perforated plates and kebbe accessories can be stored in storage box.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Check that your appliance is plugged in correctly.
• The appliance has overheating protection, When the appliance is getting too hot and stop working,
please unplug the appliance and let the appliance cool down before your next try.
