Set temperature and time

 ∙ Once you plugged in the device, it turns into the stand-by mode. By pressing the 

button

you can adjust the temperature. Every push will be confirmed with a 

tone.

 ∙ Use the control dial to set the desired temperature in steps of 0,5°C.
 ∙ By pressing the button

you can set the timer. Use the control dial to set the desi-

red amount of hours (up to 99 hours). By pressing once again the button

, you 

can set the minutes.

 ∙ The set time starts to count down once the desired temperature is reached.
 ∙ Confirm al setting by pressing the button

. The device starts working.

 ∙ If you want to change the settings during operation of the device, press the button

for 3 seconds und repeat the steps described above.

 ∙ Once the set time has count down, “END” is shown in the display and the device 

beeps.

 ∙ If you want to turn off the device, press the button

for 3 seconds.

Water quantity

Do not put too much water in the device - leave sufficient room for the food. If neces-
sary, top up water until Max. The unit can be switched on only when the water level 
reaches the max marking.

The food must always be covered with water. The tempe-

rature sensor needs a couple of minutes until he adjusted to the set temperature if 
pre-heated water is filled in.

If there is no water in the pot, the device will not turn on and beeps EE1.
Turn off the appliance, add water and start again.

The water level sensor switches off the appliance when the water level drops 
rapidly

If you plug the device out, or if you have a power outage, the unit remembers 
the last set values.

Seasoning

The food can be seasoned or have herbs added to it before vacuum packing.
Please take care when seasoning, since the food keeps its natural flavour during Sous-
Vide cooking.
