To change the temperature (for baking function), press the   and set the 
desired temperature by pressing   and   keys -

. Then press Start  . 

The appliance enters into cooking preheat and the screen displays

. When the temperature for cooking is reached, the appliance 

switches automatically to cooking phase, and the time previously set 
starts counting down. 
At the end of the count down the appliance will beep to announce the 
end of cooking, and the appliance enters into keep warm mode, except 
for some programs (see Keep Warm chapter).
For Stew, Soup and Boiling, you can deactivate the Pressure Cooking by 
Clicking on “No pressure Cook” (see No pressure Cook chapter).

*For the Steam program, add 200 ml of water in the cooking pot, fill the 
steaming basket with food and place the basket in the cooking pot.  
**The different types of food are: Shrimp, Fish, Vegetable, Meat, Chicken, 
Beans
*** For the Bake program, the countdown starts immediately when you 
press Start, there is no preheat phase. 

Note : refer to the table on pages 96, 97 and 98 for the lid position 
of each function, and to know what type of food are available for each 
cooking way. 

Rice, Pasta, Dessert, Frying, Yogurt, Pilaf, Sushi, Porridge, 
Bread, Cream, Holodetz, Reheat functions 

Press the “Menu” key 

 to select one of the following program: Rice, 

Pasta, Pizza, Frying, Yogurt, Pilaf, Sushi, Porridge, Bread, Cream, Holodetz, 
Reheat. Press again to select the next program, and so on, until the light 
turns on next to the desired function -
